The methodology of ‘magicians’


1.step:the ‘brief’ (description of the task)

Our clients explain us their requirements, ideas and all the parameters of the Event. It is not straightforward flow of information, but a mutual exchange of ideas in the form of negotiations where both parties ask and answer questions. Our team collects exact pieces of information and details about the programme to save time and also energy for the customer.

2.step: the 'rebrief' or memo

After a personal meeting our clients get a brief of written report about all the forthcoming tasks. Feedback of this kind serves the interests of both the consigner and the agency. By making the details of the assignment clear both parties can be sure of understanding and interpreting the assignment well enough to meet the expectations. A memo (reminder) is done in each phase of negotiations- this way we constantly focus on the retrievable documentation of questions, orders, remarks and modifications.

3.step: brainstorming

An overall acknowledgement indicates the operation of the magicians' brain. Our creative managers and experts compose a team in which the talent and knowledge of members inspire each other. Within creative teamwork ('brainstorming') there are extreme ideas that can help to find the right method. These are ideas that could be at verge of realisation. The process of brainstorming continues till we find the best ideas and solutions, and the chances of execution to organise an extraordinary or unique event for our consigner.

4.step: presentation

At this stage we introduce the creative conception to our consigner- this is the basic framework of the idea on which the whole event is supposed to be built to make it incomparable with anything else. The presentation of this plan is followed by the representation of the actual execution. We thoroughly demonstrate all the elements of the event including decorations, catering, lighting and sound-techniques.
 

5.step : estimating the cost

After the presentation our clients receive a budget which can be modified within the limits of workability according to demands. All these estimations are detailed quotations of price, which means that we list all the separate items with its price. If possible we work out more variations for the basic offer, and besides it we provide different categories of options. By this means our consigners can choose from the certain segments and modules adjusting to their own demands and resources.
 

6.step: allocation of resources in the spirit of independence

Our team does not belong to the spheres of interest of any venues or catering company, nor is on the mercy of any business partners or subcontractors. Therefore we do not have the intention to force a certain venue, menu, and engineering or hostess staff on the client. For us the realisation of our consigner's idea is a priority. We seek for the perfect place, menu, drinks and all the necessary elements to reach the consigner's aim. We believe that each item of our offer serves as a tool, and the success of the event can only result in the harmony of them.

7.step: quality, quality, quality…

Our commitment to high quality is unflagging throughout the whole process of our work - from the first moment of arrangement to the last minute of research on effects. Consistent and implacable observation of all these principles makes Sensational Magicians uniquely reliable and allows the arrangement to be pleasantly safe. We collect and obtain absolutely reliable information about all our subcontractors personally. These companies must be irreproachable legally and financially , and they are expected to provide unexceptional standards in their service. Before organising an event the venue is always checked, tried and surveyed by our colleagues beforehand.

8.step: the Event

Sensational Magicians contribute a great variety of items to its offers. These items are individually irreplaceable and crucial to the successful organisation of the event. However there can be unexpected situations even at the best event, which must be solved immediately without delay. We are deliberately prepared for all these, so there is a free ever-ready case, which we provide to our customers without any request.

This case contains the following items:

  • all the separate department are directed by responsible managers
  • URH radio connection between the managers during the event
  • 1-2 hostesses ( to substitute the host )
  • 1-4 members of staff (to arrange 'moving', 'pushing', 'carrying' things...)
  • Stage manager - in case of any performance ( to comply with the program and avoid embarrassing delays)
  • Cleaning staff- if needed- to make the venue immaculate and check restrooms regularly
  • First-aid box ( with basic medicine and bandage )
  • Sewing set ( to keep the host's and staff's clothes perfect-containing nail, scissors, thread, glue, brush)
  • Digital photos free of charge

9.step: after the event

After all the events arranged by Sensational Magicians we make an effective analysis and comprehensive evaluation with the consigner to get a clear picture if the event has reached its goals and thus its profitability. We ask for our clients' opinion about all the separate items of the event to make our future work become successful.
